The Organic Production Office Shall Approve The Documented Procedures For The Approval Of The Equalization Of The Membership Regulations Of The Arab And Foreign Countries Whose Bases And Rules Of Production Or Certification Systems Are Equivalent To Those Mentioned In This Legislative Decree And Its Executive Instructions.

The Arab And Foreign Public And Private Entities And Suppliers May Request The Bureau To Approve The Equivalence Of The Organic Production System And The System Of Granting Membership Certificates.

The Bureau Shall, For Purposes Of Granting Equivalence, Invite The Arab Or Foreign State Concerned Or The Student To Provide Him With The Necessary Information, Including Production Rules, Supervision And Control System.

Parity Agreements May Cover All Goods With A Certificate Of Organic Production Or May Be Limited To A Product  Or Category Of Products.

The Bureau Shall Regularly  Review  The Conditions Under Which Parity And Equivalence Statements Issued To States Or To Importers Are To Be Granted.
